Subject: Indoor Track & Field entrance fee structure
Each year the Board of Directors believes that a brief explanation about the continued maintenance in entrance fee structure or any changes is appropriate for our membership.
Over the past few years the T&FCA of GP, Inc. has moved into the computerized age. We have purchased a Finish Lynx timing system. All meet entries are on Milesplit.com, which helps with seeding and accuracy. The cost of living and the cost of running our association have proportionately increased over the past years. The T&FCA of GP, Inc. will continued expansion and provide all services with a decrease of Membership fees. We are presently offering eleven meets which include, a novice meet, a Meet of Champions and the Spring T&FCA of GP Invite at Coatesville.
Fee structure 2018 – 2019: (T&FCA of GP will continue the new payment format for another year)
Plan I $425.00 entry in to all meets, plus the RJBIC entry money.
Plan II $400.00 all T&FCA of GP meets.
Plan III Pay as you go: one time $40 school membership fee; $10.00 per individual: $20.00 per
relay or $80.00 per team
Please fill out completely an individual and school membership form. Please make sure the school enrollment numbers are filled in and that the Principal or AD has signed. All information is needed for file up dates. All payments should be made by the coaches meeting November 5th, 2018 and must be made by the first meet
December 15th, 2018; or first meet attended if original contact is made before the first scheduled meet 12/15/2018.
Our association is willing to provide, from our Board of Directors, an individual who would answer any
questions you might have or explain our program and cost to administrators or School Boards. Please contact

Payment of membership should be made only for the number of people listed that you have checked as paid.
Our regulations stipulate that the Head coach must be the designated member of your school. They are paid for
as part of the School membership fee. All additional memberships are $10.00.
