Recap of the Nov. 1^st Meeting at Great Valley:

1. Once again this year T&FCA of GP will use PA.milespilit to enter athletes into our regular season meets.
2. The dead line for the meets is 10:00pm the night before your Div. Meet.
3. When you are done entering you athletes ( on pa.milesplit.us ) for your meet you will need to print a copy of your meet entries, with relay team members, the name of your school and the Coach who is attending and working the meet. This print out will be turned in at the desk instead of the normal “meet entry form”.
4. When entering times into mile split you will need to add .24 to any hand times you are entering.
5. There was one change in the Meet of Champs qualifying standards; 200meters is now 24.04.
6. Div. II on Thursday, Jan 6^th 2011, you have a meet at Haverford College. Enter at 3:30 meet starts at 4:00pm
7. Div. I your meet at Haverford is on Sat. Jan. 8^th 2011, enter at 7:00am starting at 7:30am.

On meet day there is a change in the order of events. After the Fresh./Soph. race we will run 60hurd., 60 dash, 200m and then the finals in the 60hurd. and 60 dash.
